Before you start: you will need 1 to 3 photos where your children’s faces are clear and, if you like, one photo of your elf so we can match its hair and coloring.

We email you a private link. Add your children’s names and photos, and your elf’s name and photo.

Questions
Good to know before you order.
Up to three children by first name, with their faces painted from your photos, and your elf by name with its hair and coloring. The elf wears our studio’s own original outfit in every painting. The 25 stories and scenes are set, so the month works with the parent guide.
1 to 3 photos where each child’s face is clear, ideally in daylight, plus one photo of your elf if you would like its coloring matched. Your photos are used only to paint your letters. See our privacy page for how long we keep them.
Your collection is ready within 48 hours after your photos are submitted. A person checks every page first. To have it for December 1, order and send photos by November 26.
You can have a full refund any time before we start painting. If a likeness is not right, tell us and we will repaint it once. Details are on the refunds page.
The collection is one Printable PDF, US Letter file, 8.5 x 11. Print at home or at a print shop. Matte cardstock makes the letters feel like real mail. Printing everything in November and keeping it in a folder makes December simple.
