Write to the studio
Old Highway Holiday Post is made by a small studio. Every email is read and answered by a person.
We usually reply within one business day, and faster in December.
What to include
- Your order number. It starts with EL- and is on your confirmation page and in our emails.
- The email you ordered with, so we can find your order and know it is you.
- What you need: a question before ordering, help with your photos, a name to fix, a revision, a refund, or deleting your photos.
- For a revision: which child, which days, and another photo if you have one.
Please do not send card numbers or passwords by email. We never need them.
Before you write
- Lost your order link? Reply to the email we sent after checkout, or write to us with the email you used, and we will send it again.
- Questions about photos and privacy are answered on the privacy page.
- Refunds and revisions are explained on the refunds page.
- Nightly setup questions are usually answered in the parent guide.
