Who we are

Old Highway Holiday Post is made by Old Highway Design Co., a small design studio in the United States. When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Old Highway Design Co.. You can reach us at oldhighwaydesignco@gmail.com.

What you are buying

One personalized collection: 25 illustrated letters from your elf, dated December 1 to 25, painted with your children in them, plus a parent setup guide. It is delivered as one printable pdf, us letter file for you to print at home or at a print shop. The price is $65 for up to three children.

This is a digital product. Nothing is printed or shipped. The elf in the paintings is our studio’s own original design, with your elf’s name and hair and coloring.

How it is made and delivered

• After you pay, you get a private link to send us your children’s names and photos.
• We paint your collection and a person in our studio checks every letter before it is sent.
• We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving your photos. Orders placed by November 26 with photos sent promptly are ready for December 1.
• Your download link is private. Please do not share it.

Each painting is made fresh for your family, so small details vary from letter to letter. The paintings are watercolor illustrations, not photographs, and are meant to be recognizable rather than exact.

Personal use only

The letters are for your own family. You may:

• print as many copies as your household needs, at home or at a print shop;
• keep the file and reprint it in later years;
• share photos of the letters with friends and family, and on your own social media.

You may not:

• resell, give away or share the PDF file or the individual letters;
• sell prints or products made from them;
• use the letters, the elf design or the guide in a product, listing or business of your own.

We keep the copyright in the illustrations, the letter text, the elf design and the parent guide. Your photos stay yours, and we use them only as described in our privacy page.

Your photos

By sending photos you confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian, or have their permission, and that you have the right to share the photos with us for this purpose.

Refunds and revisions

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start painting, and every collection includes one revision for a likeness problem. The details are on our refunds and revisions page.

If something goes wrong

If we cannot make or deliver your collection, we refund you in full. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you paid.
